Katie & Michael are just the sweetest couple, they like everyone else to be at the centre of attention, and value their friends and family dearly.  They got married in Holycross Church and then had their reception at the Glasgow Art Club.  This is an exclusive venue situated on Bath Street in Glasgow city centre, I had not previously been to the Art Club, so was excited to have a reason to visit and explore.  It has recently has some refurbishment, including the grand hall, and we were very kindly allowed to take the bride & groom pictures there - the first ones to do so :-)

I think this is one of many reasons I love being a wedding photographer, especially in Glasgow, because you get to see behind the scenes in lots of places that you would otherwise not have access to, like Duntreath Castle, Brig O'Doon, Sherbrooke Castle, The National Piping Centre, The National Museum of Scotland and Barony Castle, to name a few.....
